Returns

We accept returns within 7 days from the date of purchase. If you are not fully satisfied with your jewellery, you may return it for an exchange, store credit or refund. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Please note that personalized or custom-made jewellery cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team via email at info[@]anisa.co.in within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide your order details and the reason for the return.
  2. Our customer support team will provide you with a return authorization number (RAN) and instructions on how to proceed with the return.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including any accompanying documentation.
  4. Clearly write the return authorization number (RAN) on the package.
  5. You can choose to return the item using your preferred shipping method.

Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your return. You will be issued a store credit for the value of the returned item, which you can use for future purchases on our website. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refunds

If you wish to receive a refund instead of store credit or exchange, we offer refunds within 7 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a refund, the item must meet the same criteria as mentioned in the Returns section above.
